Troy Raether always remembered

Over at Building Fortunes Radio and Youmongus Radio, I just started working on promoting Edie Raether’s new book. On July 4th 2026, tragedy happened and it’s not concluded.

The short story is her son Troy J Raether, 55, was visiting Wyoming. A favorite spot. He did something he’s probably done dozens of times… jumped into the Snake River… but this time something happened, and he didn’t return to shore. As of this writing July 10 2026, he’s still missing. The story is explained here.

I don’t really know what to say, not sure what to do… kinda numb, and consuming… and I didn’t know Troy at all. Troy has a wife and three young adult children When you read through this story, you will like him and know his family is going through a challenging time.

I will support Edie and Troy’s Family with our Memories.news platform and everything else I can. Remembering Troy…

A song I have become fond of seems to fit here: The singer wrote this after his mom appeared in a dream, shortly after she passed.
